- Sleeps 2 maximum in a queen bed.
- The kitchenette comprises a stove top, microwave, small fridge and sink. All utensils supplied.
- There is a bathroom with shower.
- There is a table for two for dining plus a two seater and one seater leather lounge.
- WiFi is included.
- The laundry adjoins the studio and this is available to guests upon request.
- Studio 35 is set in the garden of 35 Kite St and has its own entrance, which makes for a private and quiet stay. It is opposite Orange’s beautiful Cook Park and is minutes by foot to the Anything Grows Nursery and café or the Byng St café. Across in Cook Park is the Guildry where you can buy locally produced food and clothing.

Limited to 3 nights or more during high profile events: Easter (April), Food and Wine festival (April), long weekend (June and October), Bathurst Car Races (October) and The Australian National Field Days (October). 3 day bookings only during long weekends.

Great place to stay to see the sights in Orange. Opposite beautiful Cook Park, a walk to the main Street, a short car drive from the wineries and Lake Canobolas. Comfortable and clean with everything we needed.

Awesome little private apartment, location was great, directions getting into studio 35 was great, as we arrived late at night.
We travelled to Orange on an extremely cold and snowing weekend. The host had made contact with us as we were running a bit later than originally had said we would arrive. On arrival the heater was on, along with some lights and it felt so warm and welcoming. It was just the perfect cosy little place to stay on such a cold weekend.
I can't think of anything I didn't like. It was just perfect!! A great position, opposite the park and close to town.

Nice little place to stay in the middle of orange. Clean, tidy and cosy warm. Great facilities and walking distance to town.

Very central location, very quiet and easy parking. Don't forget to visit the wonderful Cook Park opposite.
The location was amazing, beautiful houses in the area, easy walk to centre, opposite Cooks Park which was beautiful for early morning and evening stroll. And best coffee just around the corner. The apartment was extremely comfortable
